Germany’s unemployment reaches new record low since 1991.

Unemployment in Germany decreased once again, this month. The country’s economy at the moment is going at full power. The jobless rate dropped from 5.7% to 5.6% according to the Federal Labor Agency in Nuremberg.

Furthermore, they also mentioned that the rate went below the psychologically important threshold of 2.5 million. The current number is 2.498 million unemployed people in Germany.

According to Detlef Scheele, the BA President, “Conditions for economic growth are good, and the labor market had developed accordingly.” He also mentioned that they are experiencing a large number of vacancies.
