From January 2016 to end of November, the total vehicle sales in the country amounted up to 3,0955 million.  According to the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA), 2017 is expected to bring an increase in Global car sales.  The German car industry officials also argued how the Chinese market will have a key role in such development.  Close to 84million brand new cars would be distributed globally, increasing the estimated figure for 2016 by 2%.

This was concluded after 276,000 cars moved in November 2016.  Furthermore, Matthias Wissman, the President for VDA recorded a 15% boost in new registrations in 2016.  This leaves his company an expected 5% increase in vehicle sales next year.  The association noted that this increase in sales was made possible with the low interest rates, high employment and low inflation.
